Providing Personal Service Assistance

to a single client at a rate of

$32 / hour, with a four hour minimum.

Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)

Providing assistance with ADL's will be determined on a client by client basis at a fee schedule agreed upon by both the Agency and the Client.

at a rate of $45 / hour, four hour min.
